By accessing and using the KINETIK Maldives website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. KINETIK Maldives reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept payment via bank transfer to Bank of Maldives (BML). Orders are confirmed only after payment has been verified. KINETIK Maldives reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
All prices are listed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). Delivery within the Greater Male Area is free. For island deliveries, shipping charges are quoted separately based on the destination and will be communicated before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
We offer free delivery within the Greater Male Area. Delivery to islands outside the Greater Male Area is available with additional charges. Pre-orders typically take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. KINETIK Maldives is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
All sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. No refunds will be accepted after this period. Custom kit orders are non-refundable at any stage once production has begun.
Custom kit orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Any errors in the submitted design, names, or numbers that are approved by the customer are the responsibility of the customer. Please review all details carefully before confirming a custom order.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product specifications are subject to change without notice. KINETIK Maldives is not liable for minor discrepancies between images and the actual product.

KINETIK Maldives reserves the right to cancel or void any order where a discount code was obtained or used in an unauthorised manner, or where a code has been misused or exploited. Each code is subject to its own terms including validity period, minimum order value, and usage limits. We reserve the right to deactivate any code at any time without notice.
All products on KINETIK Maldives are sold on a pre-order basis unless stated otherwise. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that the item has not yet arrived and will be sourced and delivered within the estimated timeframe of 2 to 3 weeks. Pre-order timelines are estimates only and may be affected by supplier availability, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond our control. KINETIK Maldives will notify you of any significant delays. Pre-orders are not guaranteed until payment has been verified.
If paying via bank transfer, you are required to upload a clear screenshot of your payment receipt at checkout. Orders paid by bank transfer will not be processed until the payment is manually verified by our team. Transfers must be made for the exact order total. KINETIK Maldives is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect transfer amounts, missing receipts, or bank processing times. If an incorrect amount is transferred, we will contact you to resolve the discrepancy before proceeding.
Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered processing. To request a cancellation, contact us at duckbazaar@gmail.com with your order number. KINETIK Maldives reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or payment issues. In the event we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued unless production of your item has already commenced, in which case a partial or no refund may apply depending on the stage of production.
A tracking ID is issued to each confirmed order and can be used to check your order status at kinetikmaldives.com/track. Your tracking ID is personal to your order and must not be shared with others, as it may be used for identity verification and order authentication purposes. KINETIK Maldives is not liable for any issues arising from a customer sharing their tracking ID with a third party. Order status updates are provided as a guide only. Delivery timelines may vary. KINETIK Maldives is not liable for delays in status updates caused by system or logistical factors.
Size measurements provided in our Size Guide are intended as a general reference. Sizing may vary between different manufacturers and product batches. KINETIK Maldives does not accept returns or exchanges on the basis of sizing unless the item received is materially different from what was ordered. We strongly recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing an order and contacting us with any sizing queries.
You agree not to misuse this website or its services. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: placing fraudulent orders, abusing discount codes or promotions, submitting false payment proofs, attempting to access restricted areas of the site, or using the site in any way that causes harm to KINETIK Maldives or other users. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders associated with any misuse.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or your orders shall be resolved through mutual discussion in the first instance. KINETIK Maldives operates under DuckBazaar, registered in the Maldives.
