1. General
By accessing and using the KINETIK Maldives website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. KINETIK Maldives reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept payment via bank transfer to Bank of Maldives (BML). Orders are confirmed only after payment has been verified. KINETIK Maldives reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free delivery within the Greater Male Area. Delivery to islands outside the Greater Male Area is available with additional charges. KINETIK Maldives is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
5. Custom Kits
Custom kit orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Any errors in the submitted design, names, or numbers that are approved by the customer are the responsibility of the customer. Please review all details carefully before confirming a custom order.
6. Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product specifications are subject to change without notice. KINETIK Maldives is not liable for minor discrepancies between images and the actual product.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, images, text, and design is the property of KINETIK Maldives and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
KINETIK Maldives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order. Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties. By placing an order, you consent to us storing your order details for fulfilment and customer service purposes.
