The World Cup Fantasy League giveaway ("the Promotion") is run by KINETIK Maldives in collaboration with Fau Studio (@faustudiomv) on Instagram. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in addition to KINETIK Maldives' Main Terms.
The Promotion is open to individuals with a public or accessible Instagram account who complete all entry steps before the announced closing date.
To enter, you must: (1) Follow @kinetik.mv and @faustudiomv on Instagram; (2) Like the giveaway post and share it to your Instagram story; and (3) DM your World Cup Fantasy League username to either account to receive your entry code. Entries that do not complete all three steps will not be counted.
Winners are determined by final standing in the World Cup Fantasy League associated with the entry codes issued during the Promotion. KINETIK Maldives and Fau Studio reserve the right to verify a participant's completion of all entry steps before confirming any prize.
1st Place: 2 jerseys of your choice. 2nd Place: 1 jersey of your choice. 3rd Place: 50% off one jersey plus a World Cup keychain. Jersey selections are subject to availability of size, club, and customisation options at the time of redemption. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM using the account used to enter. Winners must respond and provide jersey selection and shipping details within 7 days of being contacted, after which the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate participant at the organisers' discretion.
KINETIK Maldives and Fau Studio reserve the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to fake accounts, bot engagement, unfollowing before winners are announced, or providing a fantasy league username that cannot be verified as belonging to the entrant.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, FIFA, or the official World Cup Fantasy League platform. All inquiries regarding the Promotion must be directed to KINETIK Maldives or Fau Studio, not the platform.
KINETIK Maldives reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including changes to prizes, entry requirements, or closing dates, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
